Lynda Cabrales: 2nd GREATS Seminar

Lynda Cabrales is an engaging technical leader, coach, and mentor with global commercialization experience. She has worked in small and large companies and holds various patents for equipment and process.  Lynda earned her Undergraduate, Master's, and Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  She also completed her MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of business and has held various positions in Engineering, R&D, and Tech Service.  Currently, she is the Director of Engineering for Standard Process, Inc which is a whole food supplement company with responsibility for Engineering, Maintenance, and Safety teams.  As a mother to 2 young Latinas, age 12 and 16, she is constantly on the go keeping up with their activities

Dr. Lynda Cabrales has leadership experience in a career that has ranged from research/science to management. She will speak on these experiences to give participants insight into developing their career pathways. Questions regarding this topic will be submitted beforehand.
